Kathy Wittau, CEBS
Kathy Wittau is the President of Baker, Thomsen Associates. A Benefits Consultant for more than 25 years, she has been with BTA since 1992. Kathy started her career with a Blue Shield Plan, and has served a wide range of clients as a Health and Welfare Benefits Management Consultant. She is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) by the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Kathy has been a Fellow with the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists (ISCEBS). She is a member of the Orange County Employee Benefits Council (OCEBC), the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) and the Orange County Compensation and Benefits Association (OCCABA).
Helen Vits
Helen Vits is a Benefit Consultant and has been with Baker, Thomsen Associates since 2004. Her prior experience in accounting and recruitment advertising enhances her ability to analyze and manage the benefit plans of BTA clients. Helen is currently earning a CEBS credential from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Orange County Employee Benefits Council (OCEBC), the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Specialists (IFEBP) and the Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA). Helen earned a BA in Philosophy with specialization in Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Donna Rinella
Donna Rinella was a Principal with Baker, Thomsen Associates from 1995 to 2000 and rejoined the firm in 2007 after spending seven years as Employee Benefits Manager for an Orange County based employer. With over 19 years of experience in the employee benefits field, Donna has valuable experience in providing clients with advice on the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefit plans. Donna is a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP), the Orange County Employee Benefits Council (OCEBC) and the Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA). She earned a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management and Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
Diane Johnson
Diane Johnson is a senior analyst and has been with BTA since 1989. She works with all BTA consultants in the performance of financial and demographic analysis and is responsible for preparation of benefit plan reporting. Diane earned a BS in Economics from the University of California, Irvine.
Cheryl Salvante
Serving as an Account Manager, Cheryl joined BTA in 2008. Her prior work experience in Human Resources provides an excellent background for supporting client's customer service, benefits administration and communication needs. Cheryl earned her BA in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine.
